Returns Policy
All our products go through a quality check before being packed. We follow a strict no-returns policy — however, we make an exception for defective products delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: (1) Record an unboxing video opening the sealed package upon delivery — requests without this will not be accepted. (2) Share a clear photo of the defect when our team contacts you. (3) Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery to the address mentioned at the time of order placement. (4) The product must be unused and folded exactly as delivered.
