Return Policy

 

At House of Qalakari, we believe in providing the best quality products to you. 

At the same time, the products we are shipping are handcrafted and hence, we would request you to appreciate the fact that the designs may not be as perfect as machine printed products, or may differ slightly vs the images you see on our website - in terms of spacing of blocks, shades of design, etc. And honestly, that’s what makes our products special - they are made with love and care by our brilliant artisans, for all our customers.


All our products go through a quality check before being packed and we have a NO RETURNS policy, but in-case there is a defect in the product delivered to you, then please note the following mandatory points to register a return request (taken as an exception to the policy):


  1. Please take a video of unboxing the product when delivered. 

  2. The sealed packaging should be opened in the video, otherwise the return request would not be approved

  3. Along with the video, take a picture of the defect in the product and share with us (when we contact you to discuss the return request)

  4. The duration to raise a return request is within 48 hours of the product delivery to the requested address at the time of order placement

  5. The product should be unused and folded as it was delivered in the package

  6. To register a return request please send a text ‘Return Request for Order id (mention your order id)’ to 9900929307 on Whatsapp

  7. There would be no charges for returning the product if the return request is approved


Returns are not allowed as a part of our policy, it is an exception we make to genuinely help our customers in case of any issues.
