Refund Policy

Refunds are only given after the return request is approved by our team.

Please note:

  1. Refund would get initiated only after the product has reached us back and is checked and approved by our team

  2. There are 2 options to get the refund:

    1. Get the refund back to source

    2. Get credit in your account with the website and an extra 10% off on your next purchase while using the credit amount. 

      • Note: The complete credit amount would need to be used in a single purchase / invoice

  3. Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of receiving back the product. It typically takes 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited to the source account

  4. You will receive an email once the refund is initiated

  5. Incase the refund amount is not reflected in your account even after 7 days of receiving our mail, then please write back to us and we will investigate and resolve the issue
