Before you go through the Shipping process and FAQs, we would like to assure you that ‘House of Qalakari’ is committed to deliver your order with good quality within the promised time frame.

Type of Shipping & Delivery time:

Express Delivery: Within 3-4 days

Standard Delivery: With 6-8 days

 

Product Shipping: 

Express: Within 24 hours of order placement, except Sunday & Public holidays.

Standard: Within 48 hours of order placement, except Sunday & Public holidays. 

 

Once the order is placed tracking details will be shared on a registered email Id within 48 hours. 


Shipping Partners: Ekart or Delhivery (To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time)


Express Delivery availability:

  1. All orders from Bangalore are Express Delivery

  2. Express Delivery is available for all metro cities as well

We recommend that before placing an express order, please confirm with our team.


What if there is a delay in delivery?

Delivery timelines depend on our courier partners. While we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated time, there may be occasional delays due to logistical challenges at the destination or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transport strikes, or regional restrictions.


Please be assured that our team monitors every shipment closely and works tirelessly to expedite deliveries. However, once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are beyond our direct control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.


Are shipping charges refundable in case of return or refund?

No, shipping charges are non-refundable. In case you request a return or refund, the shipping fee will not be reimbursed.


Do you provide International delivery?

We regret to inform you that our international shipping isn't operational yet. Please signup on our website & follow us on our social media handles: … and we will notify you once international delivery is enabled.


Where can I track my order?

We provide tracking details over an email once the order is dispatched.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order ?

Yes, you can change your address as long as your order is not shipped from our end. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the shipping address.
